Ascend: Group Coaching for Female Leaders

A small-cohort coaching program for female leaders preparing to step into Director or VP roles, providing a supportive space to develop next level leadership confidence, overcome imposter syndrome, executive presence, and strategic influence. Through peer-to-peer learning, executive coaching, and mindfulness practices, participants gain the skills and self-assurance needed to advance their careers and lead with impact. 

A key element of this program is the Success Partner Pairing, where participants are matched with a peer for ongoing accountability, support, and encouragement.
