Our Story

Founded in 2016 as The Singularity Lab, we've worked with organizations across multiple continents and sectors — from fintech, healthcare, and media to global enterprises and scaling tech firms. Our work has spanned North America, Europe, Asia, and the MENA region, consistently focused on enabling digital transformation, evolving leadership, and creating meaningful business and societal impact. Today, as Evogenesis, we continue this mission with expanded focus on evolutionary transformation that honors both technological advancement and human potential.

Suhit Anatula - AI Advisor & Associate

Puneet leads Evogenesis, bringing 20+ years of global expertise in HR digital transformation, leadership development, and change management. A thought leader in the field, he has developed proprietary frameworks for HR modernization and AI integration, helping organizations scale with future-ready workforce strategies. He is authoring a book on Digital First HR and is dedicated to advancing the HR profession through thought leadership, innovation, and practical, high-impact solutions. As an executive coach, he equips leaders with the self-awareness, resilience, and strategic mindset needed to navigate transformation. 

Suhit is a strategy designer and AI strategist, helping businesses bridge the gap between design, strategy, and AI in . As the co-founder of The Helix Lab and author of upcoming book The Helix Blueprint, Suhit helps organizations create actionable AI-driven strategies. Globally experience, he has worked with Cisco's Hyper Innovation Living Lab program, which brought together Fortune 500 companies to reimagine new business opportunities through a strategic design and business model innovation. 

Once upon a time, Suhit worked with leading investment banks like Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, maintaining the world's largest trading database.

Sophia Cathey - Research Analyst

Sophia is a Research Analyst supporting insight generation and strategic decision-making on AI and transformation projects. She brings strong skills in data synthesis, stakeholder research, and qualitative analysis. She recently completed her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Minor in Information Technology at the University of Central Florida, where she focused on AI and Ethical IT. Sophie contributes a sharp analytical lens and a values-driven perspective to every engagement, with a strong commitment to responsible and human-centered innovation.

Noura is EvoGenesis' first AI team member. She is our "home developed" business development advisor. Noura helps qualify opportunities, craft industry-specific value propositions, and accelerate deal velocity for entertainment, sports, media, tech, and consumer brand clients. Noura represents our commitment to using AI where it creates genuine value—starting with our own operations.
