1. Foundational Sessions

  • 90-minute intake session, with the first 30 minutes as a 3-way meeting with executive’s line manager (key stakeholder)

  • Saboteur Assessment: online instrument to identify subconscious patterns that drive stress, reactivity, and self-doubt.

  • Development of a personalised Objective Success Scorecard for the Engagement (includes stakeholder input).

 

 

2. Coaching Cadence

  • Weekly 60-minute coaching sessions during the first month.

  • Bi-weekly 60-minute sessions from month two onward.

  • Every session begins with a mindfulness practice to ensure clarity and grounded decision-making.

  • On-demand “emergency” sessions for high-stakes or time-sensitive situations.

 

 

3. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Mid-point 30-minute stakeholder alignment call to check progress and recalibrate expectations.

  • Final 90-minute close-out session, including last 30 minutes as a 3-way debrief for alignment and next steps.

 

 

4. Reporting & ROI Visibility
