Additionally, we collaborated with the VP of Sales to launch a sales uplift initiative, featuring high-retention product content, mentorship programs, and a scalable microlearning and performance visualization platform. Future Proof People Strategy -
As part of the broader HR transformation, we co-developed Craneware’s three-year HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives and acquisition plans.
